Alce Nero is an organic farming and food processing company that has been operating since 1978, producing delicious products based on respect for the land and its fertility.<\/p>

Alce Nero unites more than 1,000 farmers in Italy and more than 10,000 small family farms in Central and South America.<\/p>

share them. Today we have about 300 products: pasta, rice, tomato paste and pulp, vegetables, legumes and mashed soups,
cookies and fruit juices, spreads and honey, plant-based beverages, baby food for babies. Alce Nero produces really

at the production stage: from selecting the most suitable varieties to sustainable farming methods and processing raw materials,
preserving its natural properties.<\/p>

Alce Nero pays special attention to local production, land and the environment: these deep beliefs are the driving force
our growth. Our main ingredients are grown in the best agricultural areas of Italy: durum wheat \u2014 in the regions of the south
tomatoes - in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, extra-virgin olive oil - in Apulia. Fruit orchards are located in the best
areas of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany that are suitable for production, and honey is collected by beekeepers in different regions and in different seasons.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
