DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PRODUCT DELIVERY

  • Payment is made only in tenge.
  • Products are sold only online and are not subject to pickup.
  • Products are sold only by prepayment and can be paid for on the website with a bank card or Kaspii.
  • We issue a fiscal or control check to confirm the payment.
  • Payment is accepted only from the cardholder.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, open the packaging in the presence of the courier and inspect the goods to make sure that there is no damage on it and check the complete set.
  • To receive an order from a legal entity, you need a power of attorney from the paying organization and a recipient's identity document.

* Delivery is free for orders starting from 25,000 tenge.
• Delivery fee for orders up to 25,000 tenge: 3,000 tenge.

Astana:
* Delivery is free for orders starting from 25,000 tenge.
• Delivery fee for orders up to 25,000 tenge: 3,900 tenge.

Other cities in Kazakhstan:
We will apply the delivery fee according to price list.

• Each order is prepared individually and packed immediately before shipment.
* Food delivery is carried out in special thermos bags, so that you can get your meals hot.
