Salumificio Pedrazzoli was founded in 1951 by Arnaldo Pedrazzoli in San Giovanni del Dosso (Mantua). The company, founded on the idea of butcher Arnaldo Pedrazzoli, developed following the Italian tradition of cutting pork, while maintaining a family character. In 1990, the company introduced a line of organic sausage products, anticipating the industry standards that came into force in 2000. Today, the company controls the entire production chain, from animal husbandry to production, thanks to family farms. Today, the company remains a family-owned enterprise, managed for the third generation.
