Alce Nero is an organic farming and food processing company that has been operating since 1978, producing delicious products based on respect for the land and its fertility.

Alce Nero unites more than 1,000 farmers in Italy and more than 10,000 small family farms in Central and South America.

For more than 40 years, we have chosen organic farming, maintaining a delicate balance between our planet and its inhabitants: that is why we decided to produce products that are useful for both sides.

The products are made from ingredients grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, thanks to advanced agrotechnical technologies.

Alce Nero pays special attention to local production, land and the environment: these deep beliefs are the driving force
our growth. Our main ingredients are grown in the best agricultural areas of Italy: durum wheat — in the regions of the south
tomatoes - in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, extra-virgin olive oil - in Apulia. Fruit orchards are located in the best
areas of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany that are suitable for production, and honey is collected by beekeepers in different regions and in different seasons.
