In the mists of the Po Valley, where time seems to slow down, Ettorre salami is born – a tribute to ancient tradition. Its name has a much more personal origin: Ettorre, a special customer who inspired its creation, became an integral part of our history. Selected organically raised pork is ground to a medium coarseness and carefully packed in a valuable natural casing.
