Description

The olives that we use for the production of Alce Nero extra virgin olive oil are grown in the regions of Italy with mild winters and hot summers in accordance with the rules of organic farming by approximately 160 farmers who are members of our company. Olives are harvested by hand and using mechanized equipment to minimize damage to the fruit. After harvesting, they are sent to the press, where the production process begins, turning the olives into oil by cold pressing.
We have always tried to guarantee and communicate to the consumer the characteristics, origin, cultivation and processing methods of our organic products.
