Organic extra virgin olive oil Terra di Bari Bitonto D. O. P. from Alce Nero has a greenish-yellow color, has a medium fruity aroma with notes of fresh herbs and a slight bitterness and spice. It is ideal for cereal soups, meat dishes, grilled vegetables and bruschetta.
Olives are harvested from October to January by hand using mechanical devices to minimize damage to the fruit. After harvesting, the olives are sent to the press, where the process of producing oil by cold pressing begins.
