Parchi della Toscana is a product created as a result of a collaboration between Alce Nero and Legambiente, aimed at converting the land of all Italian parks to organic farming, which reduces the impact of traditional agriculture based on the use of synthetic chemicals and pesticides. Alce Nero Cappelli durum wheat linguini is made from a historic durum wheat variety grown since the beginning of the 20th century, when Nazareno Strampelli conducted experimental tests in the fields provided by the Marquis of Cappelli, producing excellent grains, including the Cappelli variety. Semolina dough grown in Italy, mainly in the provinces of Bari and Foggia, is prepared using spring water from the Alps.
Thanks to their shape, Alce Nero Cappelli durum wheat linguines absorb the sauce over their entire surface, making them suitable for a wide variety of dishes.
