Description
Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and processed to preserve their taste, aroma and nutritional properties. Tomatoes are washed, selected, peeled and diced to prepare for the next stage. Tomato paste is then added, heated to high temperatures, bottled, and pasteurized to ensure their long-term stability.
